Dreamy Desert Elopement in Saguaro National Park, Arizona

Dreaming of the Desert? Because that’s me everyday - and this Elopement made all my Boho Bride dreams come true in the midst of the Saguaro Cacti in Arizona.

Arizona Elopement Saguaro National Park

HERE’S ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS ELOPEMENT IN SAGUARO NATIONAL PARK:

  • Saguaro National Park is just outside of Tuscan, Arizona - so if you are traveling from a far for your desert destination elopement, Tuscan is the place to book your stays!

  • March + April are my FAVORITE months to visit places like Utah + Arizona, as it isn’t too hot - or monsoon season! September and October are great too :)

  • Book your special use permit fee 4 weeks prior to your date! It is a $100.00 fee that goes towards the upkeep of the Park and keeping her healthy:) You can book your special use permit at www.nps.gov

  • The west side of the park has the most plentiful Saguaro, and TONS of biodiversity!

  • If you’re planning an evening elopement ( highly recommended ) - shooting on the west side will give you the best bang for your buck in my opinion. While the sun is setting, you can shoot against the sun, giving you that golden light glow and sky that outlines the cacti in the most grand way possible, really excentuating the different shapes and textures. Once the sun dips down, and you enter blue hour, you can shoot with the sun and get a STUNNING mountain backdrop, and that cotton candy desert sky that is oh, so dreamy.

  • BE PREPARED AND AWARE. These prickly pear’s didnt come to play, and they certainly don’t discriminate on intricate lacy wedding gowns - make sure your gown has a wristlet sewn in the train for easy pick up while walking!

  • This location isn’t much past the visitor center, and is VERY easy access!

…But I left out the best part… there will be NO TRAVEL FEES to Arizona OR Utah Elopements in the month of March + April. YES. NO TRAVEL FEES. I love the desert so much, and it feeds my soul - and so. do. you. So if you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign to pull the trigger on your desert destination dreams.
